Function loadMap

loadMap(name: string, hash?: string): Promise<MapJSON>
Loads the full map data from the CDN in the format of a MapJSON
Parameters
- name: string
  The map name
- hash: string = ''
  The optional map hash, which can be used for decaching
Returns Promise<MapJSON>
The full map JSON data from the CDN, which includes the map's sun, fog, and full mesh data
